UX/UI Design for Healthcare Client
Southwest General Hospital is located in the Houston area. They were opening a new location and working on some reputation management after changes in upper management. Their overall goal was to create a useful and usable experience for patients and employees that highlighted trust and care for the community.
Expandable mega menu to make check in easier and more efficient, based on user research that found easier check in rate and being able to schedule ER visits ahead of time led to more favorable experiences for visitors.
